But overall I am still pretty optimistic that TES6 will sound very much TES-like. Just the thought that there is some clueless guy in a suit who gets to decide, and messes it all up. It's the management decisions I am worried about, not the thought that there are no worthy replacements for Soule out there. TES music absolutely has an identity, but other musicians beside Soule can understand this identity.

I'm not saying that other composers can't make a good soundtrack, they most certainly can, but can they make an Elder Scrolls soundtrack? Probably not, unfortunately nobody really understands the feel of the Elder Scrolls Games, like Jeremy does and I would honestly say about 30-40% of the most important things for an Elder Scrolls game, is the soundtrack, and unfortunately from what I've heard from things like ESO and Blades, they don't even come close to main line Elder Scrolls soundtracks. So I've recently found out about Jeremy Soule not being involved in the TES6 Soundtrack, and honestly, I am very, very worried.
